Joseph KUHN, a blacksmith from Eckartswiller, near Saverne, begins to manufacture livestock weighing equipment in his village forge.

KUHN-NODET S.A. (France), a newly created subsidiary, joins the KUHN Group. Precision seed drills and sprayers expand the product range offered to the distribution network.
Creation of the new spare parts distribution platform: KUHN-PARTS in Monswiller.

KUHN acquires the American company KNIGHT Manufacturing Corporation, a world leader in the field of mixer-feeders and manure spreaders.

The agricultural division of METASA S/A in Brazil, which specializes in the design and manufacture of precision direct seeding equipment for crops such as soybean, cotton and maize, integrates the KUHN Group.

The French BLANCHARD sprayer manufacturer joins the KUHN Group, with a complete range of farming equipment, specialized crops and green spaces. This year also marks the construction of the large machinery assembly site (MGM) in Monswiller.
The KUHN Group extends its range in hay and silage making, with the addition of balers, wrappers, drum mowers and maize choppers, by acquiring the factory in GELDROP (Netherlands).

The KUHN Group takes over the company KRAUSE Corporation (USA), which specialises in the manufacture of "large width" soil preparation tools.
