Tedders and rakes

Maximise your work output and stay on schedule with KUHN tedders and rakes. The reliability of these implements with their exclusive innovations is proven: the DIGIDRIVE system on tedders, the MASTERDRIVE gearbox on rotor rakes, pick-up and WINDGUARD with rollers on rakes with belt...

Benefit from developments that improve forage quality. Pick-up and windrowing features have been studied to be more effective at high speeds.

Your benefits

Easy manoeuvres

On mounted or trailed models, benefit from the fast reaction time of the HLC system (Headland Lift Control) that raises the rotors at headlands. Your central rotors will reach a height of 50cm and the outer ones will lift even higher. Manoeuvring is easy in plot points, at headlands and in between plots.

High quality forage, even in plot points

The effectiveness of small-diameter rotors and an optimum pitch angle was highlighted during tests carried out by Weser Ems Chamber of Agriculture in Germany. The results showed 33% faster drying time compared to large-diameter rotors.

Stable on the road

The mounted model has a patented linkage system between the headstock and the machine’s beam that ensures stability on the road. The trailed model is one of the most compact machines on the market for road travel. Wide transport wheels make the machines easy to manoeuvre and highly stable.

Optimum ground following

The GSC feature (Ground Save Control) enables perfect plot-contour following and prevents crop contamination by impurities. Small rotors speed up drying time by 33% (tests carried out by Weser Ems Chamber of Agriculture in Germany).

Extremely compact for transport

Very compact folding kinematics make for easy handling on the road and practical storage.

A focus on reliability

Rakes with twin central and side rotors are equipped with the MASTERDRIVE GIII gearbox. Cutting edge innovations make it more reliable and robust for increasingly intensive jobs.

Exclusive innovations in stability and raking quality

The STABILIFT system locks the rotor automatically whenever it is lifted (except on GA 8830). The STABIDRIVE system, available on GA 8030 and GA 8830, provides impressive stability in bends and on slopes.

Comfort

Adjust windrow width and working height from the tractor cab (depending on equipment).

Your benefits

Save time on maintenance

GA 13131 and 15131 models are KUHN exclusives. They are equipped with one single transmission that is driven 100% hydraulically by the MASTERDRIVE G3 gearbox. You save at least an hour a day in relation to a machine with mechanical rotor drive.

Regular windrows

Activate the « BOOST » feature on the front rotors for an even faster harvest.

Easy to control with ISOBUS

All adjustments are made from the cab. Control all functions with a KUHN CCI 800 or CCI 1200 terminal, or any other ISOBUS terminal on the market.

Your benefits

Your benefits

Windrow regularity

+ 2 to 3 km/h faster working speeds for harvesting machines when forage pick-up and transfer to the conveyor belt is regular.

Work any type of forage

Light or heavy, dense or sparse, long or short; any type of forage is smoothly collected. The aim: to maximize the nutritive value in the crop by preserving the leaves, of legumes in particular.

Change configuration in a click

30 to 50% faster harvesting times. Eight delivery modes. Variable-width windrows to adapt to harvesting machines.
